Dr. Keerthi Rajendran
Founder & Cybersecurity policy consultant | Cognesence
Keerthi has a PhD in Computer Science with peer-reviewed publications in a number of areas. She has over 15 years’ experience in the education sector with roles in teaching, research and project management. Keerthi has recently pursued her interest in cybersecurity with an MSc from Newcastle University and, while continuing her role as an educator, has co-founded Cognesence.
Driven by the belief that effective cyber defence requires a holistic approach, Keerthi works to demystify Cybersecurity and AI technologies and to support leaders gain assurance in the digital resilience of the organisations they are responsible for. She is a firm advocate for integrating security practices across all levels, from daily operations to boardroom governance.

Dr. Simon Lynch

Simon is an experienced academic who has held exec & non-exec roles in the UK, Asia & Southern Africa with a track record of driving successful transnational collaborative projects.
He has a PhD in AI and years of experience as a lecturer and Associate Dean for International Affairs at Teesside University, he brings a blend of technical expertise and strategic insight to support organisational change.
Simon is interested in the new challenges for digital resilience driven by the competitive advantages of AI and heightened risk of cyber threats, providing a strategic approach to AI implementation, cyber resilient governance and effective policy development.
